The breakfast spread served a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, and the hotel had an impressive children's club with lots of activities for kids. Plus, the hotel was situated near a beautiful lake, making it easy to take a dip and enjoy the scenery.
The outdated and worn-out furniture made the rooms feel very dingy. The plumbing also had issues, with the bathroom sink and tub draining very slowly.

The location is fantastic and if you travel with younger children this is the the place to stay in the region.

Beautiful spot on the lake (but inconvenient distance to Lugano). Grounds of the hotel were nice.
This hotel feels like it is solely targeted at families with young children. As a young couple we did not not enjoy our stay. The rooms are dark, very basic and lack amenities that you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Having to ask at reception for a remote control to the air conditioner and for a lock for the in room safe was surprising. These should be kept in the room. Breakfast was poor, and breakfast room was cluttered and, not relaxing.

Great family hotel with amazing facilities that make it perfect for a family getaway. the location is superb, overlooking the lake and close to the surrounding countryside. the pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. the free breakfast buffet is a real plus, with plenty of good food options.
The rooms are a bit dated, but still clean and well-maintained. the location is a bit secluded, so it's best to have your own car if you want to explore the area.

As previously said, the staff is really great, very pleasant and helpful, which is good. Also, as a family hotel, it is very nice for children. We did not really use child care service, cos of the weird schedule, but it was the only place where we could enjoy our meal without running after our baby because in all the restaurants there were child corners where our baby was playing and was always in the view. The food is good too! Swimming pools and the territory are very very pleasant as well.
The rooms are begging for renovation, especially air conditioning system. And there is nothing to do outside the hotel, you can only reach something interesting by car or the shuttle bus which can be far from "on time". We were very surprised when we expected the bus which was supposed to be on the central bus stop in Lugano at 19.03 and it only arrived at 19.40, but the local guy said it was a usual thing.

Well located hotel by the lakeside of Lake Lugano, friendly staff, nice pool area and spacy family room. We enjoyed the stay!
The family buffet in one of the restaurants was very expensive considering the limited choices and quality of the food.

Good space for families.
The air conditioning never worked and it was hot. It also is not in Lugano, so you need a car.

Infrastructure seems to be ready for families with kids (pool, gaming room, etc.). Calm location. Adjacent to the lake.
Price and 4 star evaluation do not match service and premises delivered. But this is probably normal at this area of Switzerland.

Rooms were spacey and kids clubs (Pinocchio, Pingu) were really well equipped, the hotel staff was really friendly.
I do not recommend to go there over the off-the-season weekend with kids. Pinocchio Kids club (which was really great) was open only on Saturday till 18 and completely closed on Sunday, all hotel restaurants closed on both Saturday and Sunday, so you have to walk to Campione to get dinner.
